badloPrivacy and terms
Your files
Files you upload are only used to make your conversion. Converted files are deleted right after you get them, and any left behind are removed automatically within 3 hours. We don't read your files or use them for any other purpose.
Video downloads
Video links you paste are used to find the video and prepare your download. Only download videos you own or have permission to save. Private and login-only videos are not supported.
Accounts and cookies
You don't need an account, so we don't ask for your name or email address. A small cookie lasting 2 minutes tells the page that your video download has started. We don't use advertising cookies.
Server logs and limits
Like most websites, our server keeps basic technical records of requests, such as the page requested and an IP address. We also use IP addresses for a short time to limit the number of requests, which protects the service from abuse.
Using the tools
- Use the tools only for files and videos you have the right to use.
- Don't try to overload or break the service, or use it for anything illegal.
- Upload limits apply: 200 MB per upload, and videos up to 2 hours long.
No guarantees
The tools are provided free and as they are. Conversions can contain mistakes, so check anything important against your original, and keep your own copy of your files. We can't be responsible for losses that result from using the service.
